I don’t want success that costs me my life
I have never wanted to choose between ambition, marriage, motherhood, travel and work that matters.
Freedom is not a reward I want to collect after years of being permanently available. It has to shape what I build now: how I sell, what requires me live, what can work without me and which opportunities deserve a yes.
That does not mean I want to stop working. I like solving difficult problems. I like people, systems, strategy and the moment when a messy situation finally makes sense. I want to be paid for that judgement without selling every hour I have.
So the goal is bigger than revenue. I want wealth that creates choices, work that can travel and enough space to give time and money to the people and organisations I care about. If the way I earn makes the rest of my life impossible, it is not the business I am trying to build.
