Empowered By Her Business & Content Coaching Programme:
In October 2021 I became increasingly frustrated at the lack of help (specific and financially) available for women that either already have a business or want to start one.I knew I had a wealth of experience as a businesswoman and content creator to:
1. Connect women to specific services
2. Create a community that could grow together and support each other
3. Share my and other entrepreneur's mistakes I've seen over the past 15 years so you don't have to go through themI didn't however know how to do it without alienating some of my clients, being burnt out and leaving out people that really needed financial assistance so I asked Tiktok and this programme was born! The coaching programme is a subscription that is rolling month by month which means if you can't afford it, you're not tied in.You will learn the tools needed to create a personal brand, create authentic content consistently all whilst doing it alongside like-minded women. Please note, numbers will be limited per quarter and there are a few discounted places that have kindly been paid for by some of my clients

Mostly Muffins
At the young age of 15, I turned a baking lesson with my mum and my love for desserts into a business that paid paid for a cinema trip and consequently, all my hobbies since. It has now been 11 years and my passion for baked goods has led to various awards, new business ventures and partnerships with the likes of Belfast Met and the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE).I offer postal desserts delivered right to your door as well as bespoke cake orders for all occasions. All of the desserts have been developed specifically by myself, with all the recipes containing the finest ingredients which are locally sourced where possible. For more information or if you would like to treat yourself to a specially developed treat, head to the Mostly Muffins website.
Nyina
After many years of supplying customers with baked goods and consulting for a company that made gluten free baking mixes, I realised that firstly, many people would love to bake from home, using high quality ingredients whilst also doing their part to help the environment and secondly, when I pitched and had products accepted into supermarkets, they didn't have a gluten filled equivalent I believed was good enough.Nyina’s aim to create the next generation of bakers from anywhere in the world, in the most sustainable way possible. Each baking mix can create a two-tier cake or approx. 14 cupcakes, with the customers only needing to add eggs and finish off with buttercream. So, whether the bakers are people that want to learn basic baking/decorating skills or they want to enjoy baking with their families but don’t have the time, it will be simple enough for anyone to get real home-made cakes from a simple all in one mix, without compromising on quality or taste. The Nyina mixes have been developed to be on average 50% quicker to make than current brands found in supermarkets. Not only does this mean the customer is less likely to waste product, but less energy is used to produce a cake. For more information or if you would like to start your baking journey, head to the Nyina website and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Her aspiration is to becoming a criminal lawyer with her doctoral thesis being based around sexual offences in Northern Ireland and the reform needed in this area.Daniella inspired by those who genuinely want to make a difference in the world whether it is done through the justice system or through friendships and most importantly, she wanted to start this initiative because she believes it’s crucial for women to continue to break the glass ceiling. For more information, follow the link below.

UGC & Influencer Partnership
"Chikumo, what is the difference between influencer marketing and user-generated content (UGC)???"I've been getting this question more and more recently and thought it was worth covering as so many businesses now outsource a lot of their marketing functions and the clients I work with that have a clear strategy when it comes to their content are the ones that surpass their goals, gain great exposure (love a viral video) and keep their audiences engaged with their brands.Simply put, UGC is content created for a brand which they will use for their own marketing (organic or paid) - this could be static and/or video content and goes under the premise that the creator has no obligation to share the content across their own social platforms.Influencer marketing works under the premise that the influencer will create and share content on behalf of the brand to their own audience across social media in the hopes of selling a product or service to that specific following. In my work as both I:1. Work with brands that share my values - this helps to connect with followers on a personal level.2. Create high-quality video and static content with a focus on what the content will eventually be used for because sometimes, audiences want more of a lifestyle element to the content they interact with because it's in a more realistic and relatable setting.3. Create copywriting that is effective and written to work whether that is to be used for organic or paid posts (keywords for the win).
some examples of my work
I specifically cover food, lifestyle and travel content however, in my UCG work, I also work a lot with skincare and beauty brands which I love as it's something a little bit different and they are brands I actually use.
